Utah GAP Field Database

Photo Download

The Utah GAP Field database has 13,980 photos associated with it. The photos are divided by 15 mapping zones. Each zipped file contains all the photos for that mapzone and a readme file. All photos were resized to either 640x480 or 480x640 for viewing within the database and several were rotated 90 degrees left or right to place photo upright.

Download Instructions:

1.  Download the zipped file(s) from list above.

2.  Save the file to your computer and unzip its contents.  The photo directory (Photos) must reside in the same folder on your hard drive as the .mdb file.

3.  The file directory should look something like this: Click here for a graphic display.

UTGap_Database/UTGap_Database.mdb
UTGap_Database/Photos/UT1_photos/GSLK
UTGap_Database/Photos/UT2_photos/SBON
UTGap_Database/Photos/UT3_photos/CWMT
etc...

4.  Open the UTGap_Database.mdb file in Microsoft Access and click the "camera" button to view the photos taken at a site.
